Editorial Board Members are the core part of the Journal where AJMH believes on a quote that “The quality of the Editorial Board Members reflects the quality of the Journal.” The quality and standards of Journal completely depends on the editors and their active participation in the journal’s development and the review process. AJMH will NOT encourage the members who are not active (in the sense-who doesn’t take part in editorial responsibilities etc.) and has the sole rights to remove them from the AJMH Editorial Board after informing them. Below are the editorial responsibilities for the AJMH Editorial Board Members.

Editor Responsibilities:
Editors are should be the core part of the journal where he/she is responsible for the journal’s development, review process (in an unbiased manner), content of the journal, new improvements, indexing status, and timely issue release.
• Confidentiality: An editorial board member has to maintain the confidentiality on the matters like article reviewing, journal’s development matters etc. He/She should not disclose the comments or should not use the details of the article assigned to him in his/her own’s work.
• Editor’s should respond to the weekly status report sent by the AJMH editorial office.
• Editor should be able to review two articles per month depending on the busy schedule of editor member and also depending upon the topic of interest he/she is specialized in.
• Decision making should be perfect and accurate in an unbiased manner, so that the author cannot blame editor and the editorial office.
• Editor’s should actively take part in the journal’s development by promoting the journal in his nearby areas of research.
• Editor should contribute an editorial and/or research/review article for each issue to maintain the quality of the article.
• Editors should communicate with reviewers regularly regarding the updates and guide them accordingly to maintain the quality of the journal.
• Editor needs to be regular contact with the AJMH editorial office and also should monitor continuously the flaws going in the review process.
• Editor should ensure that peer review process is followed and the highest standard is maintained.
• Editor’s MUST and should abide to words of Editor-in-Chief, and has to go according to his/her decision’s.
• If editor is interested to handle any special issue he/she will be encouraged by the editorial office with special benefits.
Benefits
• Articles from an Editorial Board Member will be published with free of charge if his/her article is not funded, if his/her article is funded then their articles will be published with discounted price, as AJMH is NOT funded by any Organization it pleads the Editor’s to support Open Access with their funding sources if they publish their article in AJMH Journal’s.
• Editorial Board Certificate will be provided to the each and Every editorial Board member.
• Inviting as Keynote Speakers for the AJMH Conferences from its Journal’s Editorial Board Members, where he/she will get special discounts for the registration fee only.
• Editor’s name and affiliation will be listed in the Journal’s website and each proceeding of conference with his/her information.
• Editors will be awarded with the special benefits based on their active participation in the development of the journal and also can seek their special benefits that they intend to get through their collaboration with the journal.
