Reviewer

The publication of an article in an ethical way directly reflects the quality work of the author/their group and their institutions that supports them. The quality publication of an article in an open access journal is a coherent development in the community of scientific knowledge. Peer review process exemplifies and supports the scientific method of Open Access publishing. The following are the Reviewer guidelines-

Reviewer Guidelines: • The reviewer should play a fair play in reviewing the articles and giving their comments.
• He/she should maintain the confidentiality regarding the content which is assigned to him/her for reviewing.
• The reviewer should clearly inform for the delay in the process or any conflicts of interest arises.
• He/she should maintain standard ethics during peer reviewing of the articles.
• He/she should complete the review in a timely basis.
• Reviewer should provide a clear and concise un-biased report/feedback and should avoid personal criticism or comments to authors about the acceptance or rejection. The comments should be constructive and help the authors to shape the manuscript to be the best it can be.
• Reviewers should notify the Editor immediately, if the manuscript has already reviewed by them before in other journal and seek guidance whether to carry further or not.
• Reviewers have to check the article twice for maintaining standards. Reviewers should give their decision clearly if the article does not fit for publication.
• Reviewers should immediately notify the Editor for the plagiarized or infringed content in the manuscript, which he/she has to review.
• As AJMH follows Double-Blind peer review process, reviewers should not try to contact author without the prior permission from Editor-in-Chief or Publisher, before the article gets published.
Benefits
• His/her articles will be published with special discount in the publication fee, if and only if his/her articles get accepted to publish.
• Phronesis will encourage their Reviewers to participate in their conferences to participate as Speakers, where he/she will be given special discount in Registration fee.
• Based on their review quality and active participation, they will also be promoted as an editorial board member based on their affiliation.
• Reviewers will be awarded with reviewer certificates for each article which they review.
